VOLUNTEER TO BE A ROADIE AND PUT THE ROCK IN MS ROCKSTARS!

Please note that you are volunteering to help the MS Rockstars team specifically, not with the P.F. Chang's Rock ‘n’ Roll Arizona Marathon & 1/2 Marathon. If you want to rock with MS Rockstars, but don’t feel you can commit to the training, then this is a great option for you to get involved. If you are registering as a group for MS Rockstars, all members of your group have to register individually and must specify that they are volunteering with a group.

Are you an experienced runner? Do you have a passion to create a world free of MS? Do you enjoy leading groups of like-minded individuals? Then this is a great opportunity for you. Coaches are needed to lead and assist with the training of all MS Rockstars. You’ll be there to get people fired up, keep them going, assist them when it’s needed and be the lead rocker of a team of incredible people who are all working the create a world free of MS. And you’ll get all the great perks our runners will get too!

We’re looking to find roadies to support MS Rockstars on their weekend long runs. You’ll support both the coaches and the participants by meeting them at the start of the run, supporting them along the training course with hydration stations, as well as to be there cheering them at the finish. We want every participant to feel special as they train for this experience, because they are! You can be the team to make them feel that way.

• Expo Volunteer
  Like to talk to people? Want to advance awareness of MS? Then volunteering at our expo booth at the P.F. Chang's Rock ‘n’ Roll Arizona Health & Fitness Expo is the perfect place for you. You’ll be talking face to face to thousands of people, telling them what MS is, who it affects, and how they can help create a world free of MS.
• Carbo Load Dinner
  Help with greeting and directing the MS Rockstars when they arrive for the pre-race carbo load dinner the night before the race on January 19, 2013. This is their last big function before race day, and you’ll help to get them excited and prepared.
• Cheer Zone
  At a location on the race course, MS Rockstars will have a blinged-out cheering zone where we’ll be cheering for everyone participating in the race. It’s going to be rockin’, exciting, and those MS Rockstars are going to be so happy to see you!
• Finish VIP Lounge
  This is where the MS Rockstars and their families are going to crash after putting it all on the line for 13.1 miles. You’ll be helping with check-in, food service, clean-up and assisting as needed at our spectacular race day VIP lounge.
