Why start a team? The answer is simple...

• Running is more fun when you are part of a team, just like a rock band! You will notice the camaraderie and development of team pride - whether your team is comprised of friends and family, neighbors, church members, members of a community group or co-workers. Running as part of a company team provides employees with a healthy, community-conscious, fun social outing at little or no cost to the company.

• Teams qualify for perks and benefits unavailable to individual participants.

Ready to get started? Forming a team is easy:

• Decide on a snappy team name.

• Register [link to yourself as the Team Captain on our website.]

• Recruit a minimum of three friends, family or co-workers to run with you to become an 'Official Team.'

Teaming up offers rewarding benefits. Whether the perks are tangible or purely emotional, it has its advantages. Take a look at some the benefits you'll receive as a team within the Team MS Rockstars.

If you gather a team of 10 or more people
-or-
your team raises at least a total of $7,500 or more,

Your team will receive:

• Priority seating at the Carbo Load Dinner

• Team photos on Saturday morning before the race starts

• Special team signage at the MS Rockstars cheer zone on course

• Team name on singlet

• Compete for awards in the categories of fundraising, recruitment, team spirit and more
