Bike MS: Cruise the Cornfields, June 21, 2014, is a fully supported, one-day ride in central Iowa. The ride will begin and end at the Iowa State University Campus where cyclists have the option of choosing a 25-, 50- or 100-mile route. This year the ride will include cruising over the High Trestle Bridge! Cyclists of all levels of expertise enjoy this ride.

|June 20, 5-8 p.m.||Check in early! Join us for a friday night fuel up at Overtime Bar and Grill (4810 NW 86th St. Urbandale, IA 50322) between 5-8 p.m. and complete your check-in before the event.|
|June 21||Ride day!|
|7–9 a.m.||Check in at the Scheman Building on the Iowa State Univeristy Campus in Ames (of f Lincoln Way). Have your team photo taken and enjoy a light breakfast before you ride. After checking in, you may begin riding! If you plan to ride the 100-mile route, we strongly suggest you start before 7:30 a.m.|
|9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.||Enjoy the route and roll into a festive finish line celebration with music, food and beverages including FREE BEER for all participants!|
|4:30 p.m.||Route officially closes. Anyone still on the route will be asked to ride in a support vehicle to the finish line.|
