National MS Society Scholarship Program  

In 2007, we received a total of 985 applications and awarded $700,440 to a total of 332 students. In 2006, 942 applications for the scholarship program were received and we awarded $442,000 to 204 students from 49 chapters. In 2005 we funded 88 students out of 754 applications for a total of $207,000. In 2004 we funded 52 students out of 394 applications for $127,000 and in 2003 (our first year) we funded 36 students of 329 applications for $68,000.

  • The submission deadline for 2008 scholarships has passed. Applications must be postmarked no later than January 15, 2008.
  • Notification to scholarship recipients will be given in early June.

  • 2009 scholarship application will be available in October.

Congratulations to our 2007 Scholarship Recipients!

332 students received awards of $1,000 to $3,000 each. The National MS Society Presidential Scholar, the National MS Society Mike Dugan Scholar, and the Stitzer Family Memorial Scholar recipients were awarded $10,500 over four academic years.
