Bike MS: Arizona 2019

BDA's Disciples

I am so excited to ride in my second BIKE MS ! This time I am riding with some great friends while celebrating my 40th birthday! TJ, Josh and I will be riding for a dear friend of ours whose name will stay anonymous

Our friend was diagnosed about a year before my life changed as well. Through the difficult time he has maintained his dedication to his family, friends and work while maintaining his positive upbeat attitude. During my toughest year I would say to my self "He has found a way to stay positive way, you can too!"

He is a humble dude! So his name will anonymous but autoimmune diseases are not humble! They are vicious and life changing. There are no cures, just EXPENSIVE DANGEROUS drugs. No matter how rich or poor you are, Autoimmune Diseases will put you through the ringer.

Now here is a note from the organizers...

Our goal—a world free of MS.

I've signed up for Bike MS—a fundraising ride that is changing the lives of people affected by MS and helping fuel progress toward a world free of MS. I'd love your support as I prepare for this incredible experience.

I am preparing to go the distance for MS. It will take training, preparation and ongoing commitment from hundreds of other people and thousands of cyclists all over the country. What will really put power in my pedals is your support and commitment to those impacted by MS. Every mile we ride brings us closer to our goal—a world free of MS.

Please support me today.

I've set an ambitious goal because I know that with support from people like you we can get there. The money raised will help fund amazing progress in MS research, as well as services that ensure people affected by MS can live their best lives. This cause is really important to me, so I hope you will help me end MS forever.

About MS

When you make a donation, you are changing the world for people affected by multiple sclerosis. Symptoms of MS range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are leading to better understanding and moving us closer to a world free of MS. Most people with MS are diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 50, with at least two to three times more women than men being diagnosed with the disease. MS affects more than 2.3 million worldwide, and there is not yet a cure. Every dollar raised matters to those affected by MS. Thank you for your support.
