Ride with Fidelity at Bike MS 2018!

  • Bike MS: Historic New Bern Ride is an annual bicycle event to create "A World Free of MS!" The event will be held September 8-9, 2018 in New Bern, NC.
  • A picturesque (and flat) 30, 50, 75 or 100-mile course each day. Mix and match the routes to suit YOUR ability! Great for beginners and experienced cyclists! Ride just one day if that's your preference! All routes each day start and finish at Union Point Park.
  • A family-friendly event with meals, live music, beer garden (free beer from Carolina Brewing Company), tent village and plenty of festivities throughout the weekend, all in the relaxing atmosphere of a quaint coastal town.
  • Training and fundraising tools. A fundraising minimum of $300 per cyclist is required, and the MS Society provides many tools and ideas to help you reach this goal.
  • Friendly volunteers to greet you at plenty of well-stocked rest stops throughout the ride.
  • Support vehicles along the route in case you need a lift. Don't worry if you can't finish the ride - the support vehicles will get you back to the start/finish.
  • Fun and camaraderie while raising money for a great cause!

Why Ride?  Fidelity has formed a team for Bike MS because we want to experience a great ride and help the National MS Society fund research, advocate for change, and help people with MS.  We believe in this cause.  Fidelity riders have raised $278,500 in this event since 2007!  Help us continue this amazing support of a great cause!

Bike MS is a physical challenge for cyclists of every level, but it’s so much more than just a ride. The camaraderie, passion, and memories that come from sharing this experience with our team will stay with us for a lifetime.  Join us! It’s more than a ride—it’s Bike MS.

About MS:  Multiple sclerosis is an unpredictable, often disabling, disease of the central nervous system that interrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. Millions of people are affected by MS and the challenges of living with its unpredictable symptoms, which range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are moving us closer to a world free of MS.
