Falmouth Walk to end MS

Hello friends,

It’s almost time for this year’s MS walk! But before I ask you to support the walk again this year, I wanted to take a moment to give a very heartfelt thank you to all of you for supporting Larry in his fight against MS.  Because of his early diagnosis, he is able to keep his symptoms at bay with medication. Larry is one of the lucky ones in fighting this disease. Last year’s walk was a tremendous success and because of the incredible generosity of those who contributed, Team Rubin was the number one fundraiser in the Falmouth MS walk. Due to our fundraising efforts, Larry was chosen to be the spokesperson to start the walk. Before we left the high school on our course, Larry spoke about what it is like to live with MS, the need to pursue a cure, and the heroism of the families who are fighting to beat the disease and friends who were there to walk along side or were able to contribute to find a cure.

Every penny counts! So once again I am asking for your support to find a cure and to end the suffering so many endure. We are doing a special walk in Falmouth this year towards the end of June. The exact date is still to come. We would love to have you join us on the walk if you are able.  Please join is in supporting TEAM RUBIN.

Thank you in advance for your support, it means a lot to me knowing my family and friends support this cause!

About MS

When you make a donation, you are changing the world for people affected by MS. Symptoms of MS range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are leading to better understanding and moving us closer to a world free of MS. Most people with MS are diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 50, with at least two to three times more women than men being diagnosed with the disease. MS affects more than 2.3 million worldwide, and there is not yet a cure. Every dollar raised matters to those affected by MS. Thank you for your support.
