Climb to the Top Boston 2019

Team Arlene - Punctuation Optional

Hello everyone!  Team Arlene, named for my mother, Arlene French, who was diagnosed with MS over ten years ago, continues to plow forward.  In 2015, about ten days prior to the climb, I (Josh) decided to give it a go, not expecting to have much success in fundraising or climbing.  Much to my delight, people were very generous (or wanted to support me doing some level of physical activity) and I was able to raise over $3,500 to support the National MS Society's efforts.  We're always happy to have more climbers.  I promise you, if I could do this and not die with very little preparation, you can do it this year!

Multiple Sclerosis affects people in the prime of their lives, between the ages of 20 and 50. Every hour someone in newly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. More than 2.5 million people worldwide live with this unpredictable disease. The symptoms of MS are different for everyone - the only certainty is that it will affect yet another person every hour of every day.

We will MAKE OUR MARK and do our part to make a difference in the lives of those living with MS. By supporting you you too will MAKE YOUR MARK in this pursuit.

Let's Move Forward Together.

Currently there is no cure for MS. The money that is raised will be used to find the cause, treatment, and ultimately the cure of multiple sclerosis. The money is also used to provide education, information, direct financial support, and scholarships to individuals and families living with MS.

Please join me in the movement to do something about multiple sclerosis now!
