Stephen's Story
 
Stephen Roginson is the team captain of the Batch Brewing Company team with 55 team members who participate in Walk MS Detroit. He is the founder of Batch Brewing Company located in the Corktown area of Detroit.  Stephen's mother lives with MS and is his inspiration.

The National MS Society, Michigan Chapter is a charity partner with Batch Brewing's "Feelgood Tap".  Each month Batch Brewing Company partners with a different local non-profit or charity group. They create a beer to honor that partner and $2 from each "Feelgood" pint goes to the local non-profit. This year, the Batch Brewing Company team raised over $14,000 for the MS Society.

Kaleigh D'Anna

Kaleigh is team captain of “Team Kaleigh” with 44 team members who participated in Walk MS Detroit this year for the first time and raised over $7,400.

Kaleigh was diagnosed with MS in 2014. She created a video to help raise awareness about multiple sclerosis (MS) that so far has over 25,000 views: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AF-VFQtjaqQ.

Team Deepa

Varun Nandamudi was just a year old when his mother, Deepa, was diagnosed with MS. In 2015, as a high school senior at Port Huron Northern High School. Varun was by his mother’s side as they joined family, friends and some of his classmates to participate in the St. Clair Walk MS event.  “Team Deepa” raised over $4,000 through Walk MS in 2015.
