Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2016 Bike MS: TRAM Ride! More than 600 cyclists pedaled toward a world free of multiple sclerosis, making a difference for those affected by the disease right here in the Upper Midwest and all around the world.

Keep fundraise to make an even bigger impact! TRAM participants have until Friday, Aug. 19 for their dollars to count toward fundraising prizes.

Bike MS: TRAM Ride 2016 (The Ride Across Minnesota) is Minnesota's greatest cycling vacation. Nearly 1,000 riders will travel through the picturesque scenery and rich history of central Minnesota, starting in St. Joseph with overnight stops in Sauk Centre, Fergus Falls, Wadena and Little Falls. Choose to ride a one-day route on Friday, the three-day weekend route, or take on the full 281 miles in five days.

You'll experience an incredible level of camaraderie as you embark on a journey filled with laughter, excitement, support and a profound sense of accomplishment. Your participation will drive MS research forward faster, and deliver programs and services to those who face the challenges of MS every day.
