Thank you so much for viewing our "Fast Eddy" Bike Team MS site and thank you for considering a nice donation to MS!!! This year we will be going over $400,000 in donations for over the last 20 years.
That's our team celebrating at a bar on a lake after 150 miles!!!!!! Many families have gotten together to raise money. The Magnus', the Stelzer's, the Linsmiers' and the Williams' families have all made it a family affair.
Eddy and I have signed up for the 2019 Best Dam Bike Ride for the 20th year in a row (how will we ever make 150 miles again). Our Son Nick and daughter Kelly are excited to join the team with their friends and make this the biggest year ever!!! We had 32 riders last year and we hope to make that even bigger in 2019. Come join us if you can! We have a small team of family and friends, but we stick together and hope to raise over $11,500 from my Golf for MS outing at The Irish Golf course and we then hope to raise another $50,000 with proceeds from our MS bike team. We want to raise a total of $61,500 this year!!! All this can be done with your help!!!
Please make a donation to support Eddy. my family and my team, "Fast Eddy" - we don't tread lightly, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society of Wisconsin. Please help us reach our goals for this very important cause.
It's faster and easier than ever to support this great cause by making a tax-deductible donation online in this website.
Why team "Fast Eddy" Rides: My family, friends and I are riding because my wife has MS, my sister-in-law has MS, my duaghters friend has MS, my friend has MS and my uncle passed away because of MS. I have met many people who have friends and relatives with MS. Raising money for MS and riding 150 miles is my way of saying I care about the people who have MS. Please show you care by donating to this great cause.
Multiple sclerosis is an unpredictable, often disabling, disease of the central nervous system that interrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. Millions of people are affected by MS and the challenges of living with its unpredictable symptoms, which range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are moving us closer to a world free of MS.
Currently there is no cure for MS. The money that is raised will be used to find the cause, treatment, and ultimately the cure for multiple sclerosis. The money is also used to provide education, information, direct financial support, and scholarships to individuals and families living with MS.
Please join me in the movement to do something about multiple sclerosis now!
